PHOTOGRAPHS TO BE INCLUDED IN PROJECT REPORTS
Photos in digital format must be sent in an annex to the Final Technical Report (FTR).
The FTR should include in the text, the photos that the consultant deems as appropriate to illustrate field activities and achieved results.
Photos in the annex should include the name of the action the picture relates to , the date when it was taken (e.g. May 2010), the name and contact details of the owner of the picture and the place and country in which it was taken.
The European Commission and the ACP Fish II Programme will be entitled to use or reproduce photos submitted to the above archives without payment of royalties.
COMMUNICATION ACTIVITIES:
Training, consultative and relevant validation workshops might/will be held in the course of the project implementation. Undertaking communications and media activities will enhance the outcomes of the project since they promote and maximize public and stakeholder awareness.
Banners, project flyers, calendars and posters are some of the communication tools developed by consultancies implementing fisheries projects during the first phase of the ACP Fish II Programme.
ACP Fish II Programme has developed a template for banners to help the consultant to fulfill the visibility and communication requirements.
Different layouts would be accepted but the following content must be included:
- ACP Fish II , ACP Secretariat and EU logos. Other logo may be included if necessary ( Regional Fisheries Bodies)
- Title of the project
- Kind of event, when and where (city and country)
- ACP FISH II website address
- “EU Funded Project” caption
- ACP Fish II Programme title

Validation / Consultation workshops and trainings will be promoted in our calendar of events section. We kindly ask you to send information on future events to the Coordination Unit and the content will be uploaded immediately .

Brochures, pamphlets, video and posters from ACP Fish II are available in all Regional Facilitation Units. These products will help stakeholders to identify each project under implementation as part of the comprehensive EU Programme

ACP FISH II DEFINITION:
"ACP FISH II is a demand driven Programme financed under the 9th European Development Fund aiming at strengthening fisheries management in ACP countries. The overall objective of the Programme is to contribute to the sustainable and equitable management of fisheries, thus leading to poverty alleviation and improving food security in ACP states."
The specific objective of the Programme is to strengthen fisheries sectoral policy development and implementation in ACP countries

The following sentence must be included on documents (press release, project flyers, brochures reports..) with the same prominence as was given to the EU flag: "This project is funded by the European Union"
