Consultancy companies
The Programme continuously updates and enlarges its database of consultancies. If you are a consultancy company interested in registering your details on the database with a view of bidding for specific projects, please download the relevant form linked in the left menu and send it to the Programme Secretariat.
The Programme encourages particularly the registration of ACP countries based companies, either individually or in consortium.
Tenders should be submitted by the same service provider or consortium which has submitted the application form on the basis of which it was short-listed and to which the letter of the invitation to tender is addressed. No change whatsoever in the identity or composition of the tenderer is permitted unless the Contracting Authority has given its prior approval in writing.
